The approach

A partnership, not just a session

For an athlete, the body is the tool of the trade. Recovery is not a luxury: it is part of performance, alongside training load, sleep and nutrition. That is the logic I work with, aligned with the demands of your discipline and your calendar.

The work supports load management: myofascial release, flushing of metabolic by-products, targeted deep tissue on the muscle chains specific to your sport, joint mobilisations. Before competition, the tissue is activated without being fatigued. In recovery, we speed up the return to baseline and spot overload zones before they turn into injuries.

Every protocol is built with you, and, where relevant, in coordination with your team: strength and conditioning coach, physiotherapist, head coach. I replace none of them; I add a reliable, regular, complementary link in the chain.

Who it is for

Who this care is designed for

A framework built for the demands of competitive sport.

Professional athletes

Regular care that adapts to your calendar: training blocks, tapering, competition, transition. Sessions follow your season, not the other way round.

Season-long care

Teams & clubs

Group interventions: post-match recovery, rotations of short sessions in training camp, presence at an event. Organisation built with the staff.

Camp · event

Athletes preparing for an event

A key event is approaching: a marathon, an Ironman, a championship, an open-water crossing. We structure the preceding weeks, the day before the event and the recovery that follows.

Pre-competition

Public figures requiring discretion

High-profile athletes, executives and public figures: fully confidential sessions, at home, at your hotel or at your training base.

The method

A protocol aligned with your season

The four phases

Different work for different phases

Pre-competition (24 to 48 hours before). Activation of the muscle chains, drainage, warming of the tissues. We prepare the tissue without fatiguing it: no aggressive techniques close to an event.

Post-effort recovery (1 to 24 hours after). We flush metabolic by-products, ease muscle tone and help the fibres relax. This eases delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) over the following 48 to 72 hours.

Between competitions. Between close events (tournament, stages, back-to-back matches), short targeted sessions keep the body available without draining its reserves.

Season-long care. At regular intervals, outside competition: overload is released before it crystallises into tendinopathy or muscle tears. This is the heart of prevention.

In practice

How a session unfolds

1. Focused assessment. Discipline, training volume, upcoming events, problem areas, injury history. If you work with a support team, I build on their guidance.

2. Targeted work. Sustained pressure, cross-fibre friction, myofascial release, joint mobilisations: the protocol matches the point in your season and the chains specific to your discipline.

3. Debrief and guidance. Hydration and recovery advice, points of vigilance noticed during the session, feedback to your staff if you wish.

4. Consistency. The benefits of hands-on work are cumulative. We set the rhythm that matches your load together: weekly in full season, spaced out in transition.

Bespoke

Care built around you

Every situation is different: individual year-round care, a week-long training camp, an event, a full team. Terms and conditions are defined together, with a personalised quote, after a first conversation.

Season-long care

Regular sessions aligned with your sporting calendar, with a single therapist who knows your body and your history.

Training camp & preparation

On-site at your training base: individual sessions or team rotations, coordinated with the training programme.

Competition & events

Support on the day or across an entire event: pre-effort activation, immediate recovery, back-to-back rounds.

On-site sessions

At home, at your hotel, at the club or at the venue, across the French Riviera and Monaco. Further afield, by arrangement.

Discretion & trust

A strict framework, full confidentiality

Working with high-profile clients requires clear rules. They are non-negotiable and apply to every intervention, whatever the context.

  • Absolute confidentiality. I never disclose who my clients are: no photographs, no mention on social media. What happens in a session stays in the session.
  • Non-disclosure agreement available. If your management or representatives require it, a written confidentiality agreement can be signed before any collaboration.
  • Professional code of conduct. Wellness and sports massage exclusively, within the legal framework. Any request outside this framework is declined, without exception.
  • Punctuality and reliability. In elite sport, a missed slot disrupts an entire day. Agreed times are honoured.

Frequently asked

Common questions

Do you work with medical or technical staff?

Gladly. In fact, I prefer it. Sports wellness massage complements the work of the physiotherapist and the strength coach, it does not replace it. Where a team is already in place, I fit into their setup and share my observations if the athlete wishes.

Do you travel outside the French Riviera?

The core of my activity covers the French Riviera and Monaco, from Cannes to Menton, as well as the inland villages and Isola 2000. For a more distant training camp or event, each project is studied case by case during the first conversation.

How is confidentiality guaranteed?

By principle first: no mention of my clients, ever, anywhere. In writing if needed: a non-disclosure agreement can be signed before the collaboration. Sessions take place at the location of your choice, with complete discretion.

What session rhythm for an athlete in season?

It depends on load and calendar. During competition periods, a weekly session is a solid base, complemented by pre and post-effort work around key events. In transition, the rhythm spaces out. The protocol adjusts continuously.

How does a collaboration start?

With a phone conversation: your discipline, your competition dates, your needs, your context. I then build a tailored proposal, with no commitment. If it suits you, the first session serves as a baseline assessment.
