What format?
A personalized card, in your name, handed over, posted, or sent as a PDF to print, with your message.
How long is it valid?
The validity period is clearly stated on each card (typically 6 to 12 months from issue).
How is it used?
The recipient books as usual and presents the card reference at the session.
